Christmas Opening Hours 2019

Office
Our office will be open until 5pm on Tuesday 24th December and shutdown until Thursday 2nd January.

Operations
Our operations team will be running skeleton staff to cover pre-booked work between 24th & 31st December.

Depot
All our depots are completely closed on 25th & 26th December and on 1st January. Our Scotland Depot is closed until 3rd January.

Curdworth Food Site 

Curdworth will run different hours to the removals side of the business (closed on bank holidays as per all depots).

Customers are to contact:
Peter Matthews | 07912 395 894 who will plan the opening times for Curdworth around customer requirements.

Once we return in the new year, please be informed that our operating hours are 8:30 – 17:00pm.

Orders will therefore need to be received by 5pm to ensure they are actioned that same day, or will not be logged on the system until the next working day.

Orders

order@teacrate.com will be checked once a day over the shutdown period (24th-31st) and
we will try to facilitate any delivery or collection requests but we need as much notice as possible. The only way to guarantee a delivery or collection for the 27th, 30th or 31st of December is to book it in before 4pm on Tuesday 24th.
