Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) is replacing one-trip packaging as the preferred carrier for transporting and storing a wide range of products. The re-use of packaging provides clear economic, social and environmental benefits across the entire supply chain.
With washing sites located in the UK, equipped with modern facilities, phs Teacrate offers state-of-the-art washing facilities with the capability to clean all types of RTP equipment, including bale-arm crates, plastic trays, tote boxes, pallet boxes and plastic pallets all washed to the high standards you require, to meet your specific requirements.
Trays washed to your specific requirements
At phs Teacrate, we understand our customers may have different washing requests, which is why we wash to meet your individual requirements. Once collected, we remove all evidence of labelling and soiling created when transported through the supply chain. All trays go through a rigorous quality assurance check, swab tested and finally shrink wrapped ready for delivery.
With collection and delivery included, we can help you increase efficiency and reduce costs. Our in-house wash facilities are available on a fully serviced contract basis or as a stand-alone service to customers owning their own containers or pallets.
We recognise that RTP hygiene is a major consideration in the food and retail supply chains. You won’t have to worry about wash plant maintenance costs or hygiene due diligence concerns, as we’ll take care of everything for you.
