    Excellent value for a house move compared to boxes, and so much less hassle as no assembly required. Add to this the fact they readily and safely stack and are more than robust enough to protect your items. I'd never go back to cardboard again. The only "downside" is the size of them if collecting - as we only needed 10 delivery and collection was not cost effective and they are big! But we got them in

    Great service bt the warehouse operative who seemed working very hard. I finished a day early so brought the crates back to Bristol a day earlier than scheduled. As I was chatting to the warehouse person a rather rude individual, I assume is the manager, came over interrupting us with ° Is there a problem here° °what are you doing here? A very unprofessional approach. I certainly won't be using the Bristol branch again.

    Such an easy process from start to finish. Plus it was a nice surprise to be offered a 10% discount for our first order. Plus I was really happy with the communication from Teacrates about collection when our contract ended. Many thanks

    The crates didn't turn up when expected. They then sent different crates that are very dirty. I am still awaiting a call regarding this.

    You failed to pick up the crates on the date agreed in the contract. I am a consumer, not a business, so had no place to store the crates and couldn't take more time off work. The customer service was appalling when dealing with this, to which I have already sent an email and asked for the complaints procedure, this hasn't been responded to
