    Struggling over lockdown to pay outstanding balance. Paid about a £1000. Owed you £2200 ish.You Kept phoning virtually every day. When money came into the business Paid in full. Wanted to order crates. You would not let me put any on account. Sent a lengthy Email to me which was insulting. Told to order off website. Told you I had a large contract with University of Sheffield for crates. Ordered some off website. Totally no understanding of our business on lockdown over three months and then it takes another three months to be paid by commercial customers. My business is owed £54000 by another well know removal company from February and I still have not been paid. I am more patient than Your company. I have just had an order for 15 cages to be rented for 10 weeks and another 250 crates to the University this Thursday. There will be crates ordered every week thereafter for five weeks. I hope these comments are made public on a review platform and I will not be recommending You to the large number of removal companies I am associated with.

    Not all of my products arrived. I was missing almost £20 of product and having been charged £30 for delivery this was ridiculous, especially when my total order only came to £95 excl VAT.

    Great customer service support when I emailed in to find out what time my delivery would arrive. The crates arrived within the time slot advised, and the correct amount was delivered. I have recommended PHS Teacrates to anyone moving accommodation, they are reliable and have sturdy boxes so nothing will get demaged during the move

    Super helpful team the Manchester depot so helpful and friendly. Web chat with Jack was also super helpful and friendly 10% off which was appreciated when moving home is costly already!

    Great service - We moved a 1-BR flat and required 20 reg. sized crates plus 3 long crates. Quick response-time from the team and someone always picked up the phone on the customer service line. Smooth delivery and collection of crates, though if you're not available 8-5 M-F, it's a bit of a pain to organize. A weekend service would make this eco-service even more suitable for home moves .Be aware there is a 45GBP delivery/collection charge. Overall, an excellent option for moves!
