Great product and easy to collect/return. However, I had huge problems with the website while booking where the glitches were saying I hadn't selected certain info, when I did it would unselect another section and this went on and on and on. The money was taken from my account and the booking processed, then 5 days later I had 6 missed calls in a row from the accounts department during an important meeting, who asked me to prove that I'd paid. It took a long time to go through my bank statement and retract the irrelevant and personal info and send it. I then never heard from them again. If the website was fixed I'd highly recommend Teacrate but it's really put me off.

Some of the crates are slightly different shapes (2 are differently coloured) and do not stack properly and 2 sets of 2 have gotten stuck together -- meaning I cannot use 2 of the 20 I ordered. They also do not close properly which is making me nervous for the move. They also take up a huge amount of space which I hadn't realised, and with a small flat I should have opted for standard boxes. I am also just now learning that my moving company charges more for Crates vs. Boxes and given the crates were significantly more expensive than boxes it has caused my move to be much more costly than I had planned for.

Used the crates for my house move after realising that my employer had been renting these crates whenever an internal desk move was necessary. The crates are perfect for moving! Sturdy, stackable and once you’ve finished you don’t have 50 quid worth of cardboard boxes to dispose of! Cannot recommend enough! The logistics of it seem to be catering more towards corporate clients, but I suppose that’s to be expected. Got the crates from the depot by Birmingham and returned it to the same one. Would definitely do this again!

"I used phs Teacrate a few months ago, when the carpet in my flat was being replaced. As there was some work on the underlying floor needed to be carried out, my furniture and belongings had to be shifted from one side of the room to the other three times, as each area was being worked on.
